Spinach or Bolognese Lasagna: Preheat oven to 350°F, remove plastic from container and cook in the oven on a sheet pan for 45-60 minutes or until heated through.

Sicilian or Mini Parmigiano: Preheat oven to 375°F, remove plastic from container and cook in the oven on a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Tomato or Bolognese Sauce: Take the container from the freezer, run under hot water to loosen.  Remove the lid. Transfer sauce into a sauté pan and heat on low heat until hot. Toss with your favorite pasta or ravioli.

Pesto Sauce: Take the container from the freezer, and defrost in the fridge overnight.  Remove the lid. Toss with your favorite pasta or ravioli.

No, it is not necessary to be home to sign for your package. Your order will be delivered with ice packs however perishables should be brought in promptly after delivery and be stored in the freezer.

All perishable orders will be shipped frozen and will arrive frozen to partially thawed.  It should be refrozen immediately upon receipt.  We take food safety and shipment of our products seriously and take as many measures possible to ensure your order arrives in a safe condition. It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially when the weather is very warm. If the product arrives at room temperature or warm, DO NOT EAT IT.
