Short Rib Ravioli (1 Box) – It takes a host of ingredients to make our famous Short Rib Ravioli. The dough includes local farm fresh eggs, organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. And for the filling we use, fresh ricotta & parmigiana Reggiano.
Roasted Corn Ravioli (1 Box) – The dough includes local farm fresh eggs, organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. Filled with hand shucked Jersey corn, folded in with a touch of fresh ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Roasted Beet Ravioli (1 Box) – To make the dough we use local farm fresh eggs & organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. The filling includes fresh roasted, local, organic red ace beets, a touch of fresh ricotta, and parmigiana Reggiano. Now that’s what we call a filling!

Sweet Italian Sausage Ravioli (1 Box)- We craft our dough using farm-fresh local eggs and organic, unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. Our savory filling combines heritage breed pork sweet Italian sausage, a dash of creamy ricotta, and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for a truly fulfilling experience.
Calabrese Salami Ravioli (1 Box) – We craft our dough with only local farm-fresh eggs and Italian-imported unbleached semolina flour. Our filling comes together with heritage-breed Calabrese Salami, ricotta cheese, and freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, providing a delectable experience.

Who founded Nicola’s Marketplace?
Nicola’s Marketplace was started by Chef Nicola to launch a marketplace to make his sweet and savory products available to customers outside of New Jersey where he started his business, Nicola’s Pasta Fresca, in 2012. Nicola received a Grand Diploma Degree from the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma, Italy. He is well versed in different techniques of cooking and baking. Chef Nicola was passionate about the culinary arts from his childhood. His culinary love lies in his childhood pursuit of learning traditional Italian recipes from his grandmother in her basement. This built the foundation of learning the traditional Italian cooking methods passed down from generations for his artisanal line of products.
